Important Information
- Do not superchlorinate your pool for 48 hours before or after applying Tropiclear.
- Not suitable for pools using Ioniser or Nature2 systems.
- Always test phosphate levels after treating algae, as phosphates can contribute to future algae growth.
Advanced Dual-Action Formula
Lo-Chlor Tropiclear combines Lo-Chlor’s proven organo copper technology with a powerful quaternary ammonium compound to deliver superior algae control. This dual-action formula attacks algae from multiple directions, making it highly effective against resistant strains that standard treatments often struggle to eliminate.
Because the formulation contains ammonia-based ingredients, saltwater pools may occasionally develop fine surface bubbles as the product reacts with gases produced by the chlorinator cell. This is a temporary reaction that generally disappears within 5 to 7 days or once the chlorinator is switched off.
In some cases, temporary increases in combined chlorine may occur for two to three days after treatment. If this condition continues, using Lo-Chlor Aqua-Boost is recommended to help restore water balance.
Dosage
2.5 litres treats up to 50,000 litres of pool water.
For best results, ensure your pool water is correctly balanced before treatment and always follow the application instructions on the product label.
