We will also give you as much notice as possible if we think that any of your pool equipment like your filter or pump will need to be replaced in the near future – this allows you to replace the item before it dies, allowing you to avoid the added costs of treating a green pool.
If there is something that we can’t do on-site then we will take it back to our store and repair it for you. If the repair job is going to incur an additional cost, we will always call you in advance to give you a quote so that you don’t end up with any surprise bills.
As part of our spa service, if you require any electrical work or repairs, we can recommend a trusted local technician to assist you. Please note that these services are not covered by Ipswich Pool & Spa Centre.
