Spapure Spa Bromine Tablets are a convenient slow dissolving tablet, designed for use in spas and hot tubs, usually applied via an automatic feeder or floating spa tablet dispenser.
Always fill automatic feeders and floating dispensers, then regulate the flow of water to dispense bromine at correct rate.
It is recommended to oxidise the spa upon new fill to establish a sanitiser reading before adding tablets. Due to the slow release nature of the tablets an appropriate sanitiser level will not establish immediately. Covers should remain off during the oxidising time.
Due to the low pH of bromine tablets, it is suggested that regular pH testing is performed to prevent discomfort to bathers and corrosion and etching to sensitive equipment.
Bromine is suitable for indoor residential and commercial application, particularly where water is heated.
Dosage Rates
Approximately 1 (20g) tablet per 1,000 litres.
