Pool Advisory Service for New Pool Owners
Ipswich Pool and Spa Centre is a family-owned business that has been operating in the pool industry for over 35 years. Owner David’s first job was building pools with his parents Peter and Maria when he was 13 years old and has been around swimming pools his whole life – so there is no one better in Ipswich to help advise first time pool owners.
If you have built a new pool or are thinking of building a new pool and you want to check that everything is right, book an appointment with David to bring in your plans and he will look over them and advise you on any questions that you might have.
Some of the things that David can help advise on are:
Pool Filter Size: If you are uncertain about what the correct sized filter for your pool is, David will be able to help you. Recently, in order to keep the costs of the pool build down, there have been a lot above ground pools being built with filters that are too small. The filters end up breaking within 12 months and need to be replaced.
Pool Location: Proximity to things like down pipes and overhanging trees can make your pool more susceptible to being overcome by algae and going green. If you have a few different location options and are not sure what the best one is, just ask David.
Running Costs: If you are still in the consideration stage of deciding whether or not to build a pool, and would like a rough idea of how much a pool will cost you to run and maintain, drop in and have a chat with David. With over 35 years experience working in the pool industry he will be able to give you a pretty good idea.
Everything Else: The Ipswich Pool and Spa Centre’s team consists of David and Maria two trained servicemen Jason and Wayne an electrician, a spa repairman, a Pool Safety Inspector and a carpenter, so whether you are considering building a deck to accompany your backyard swimming pool or want to know the best spot to place your new spa, drop in and have chat with us.
